What is LIBSEH?
LIBSEH is an online fashion platform. It brings clothing stores together in one place and helps customers discover stores and products and order from them easily.
Instead of searching through many pages, customers open LIBSEH, pick a category, browse the stores, choose products, then complete the order and payment or choose how to pick it up.
Platform sections
LIBSEH includes several categories, such as:
- Women’s clothing.
- Kids’ clothing.
- Accessories.
Choosing a category shows the stores in it. Opening a store shows its products, prices, sizes, colours and branches.
Customer experience
Through the platform, customers can:
- Create an account and sign in.
- Browse stores by category.
- Search for a store or product.
- Add products to favourites.
- Add products to the cart.
- Choose size, colour and quantity.
- Use discount coupons.
- Choose delivery or branch pickup.
- Choose a payment method.
- Upload proof of payment when needed.
- Track the order status.
- View current and past orders.
- Contact the store when needed.
Payment methods
The platform supports several payment methods:
- Bit.
- Credit card.
- Bank transfer.
- Cash.
With Bit or bank transfer, the customer is asked to upload a photo of the payment confirmation so the store owner can review and confirm it.
Card payments are confirmed online. With cash, the customer pays when receiving the order.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery
The customer enters an address; the delivery fee is calculated by area and shown clearly before the order is confirmed.
Branch pickup
The customer chooses a branch and sees its details, such as:
- Address.
- Phone number.
- Opening hours.
- Branch status: open or closed.
Branch pickup has no delivery fee.
Store owner dashboard
Every store owner gets a dedicated, clear and easy dashboard for their store, where they can manage the whole business.
Home
Shows the store owner a quick summary, such as:
- New orders.
- Orders in preparation.
- Ready orders.
- Today’s sales.
- Number of customers.
- Low-stock products.
- Latest orders.
- Latest notifications.
Store status
The store owner can set the store status:
- Open.
- Temporarily closed.
- Automatic, based on opening hours.
Customers see the store status immediately.
Notifications
The store owner is notified when:
- A new order arrives.
- Proof of payment is uploaded.
- An order is cancelled.
- A product’s stock runs low.
- A product sells out.
- An update related to a branch arrives.
Branches
Store branches are added by LIBSEH administration only. If a store has more than one branch, the owner can:
- Switch between branches to follow orders.
- Update stock for each branch.
- See branch performance in reports.
Products and stock
From one place, the store owner can:
- Add a product.
- Edit a product.
- Delete a product.
- Upload product photos.
- Set the price.
- Add a discount.
- Set sizes and colours.
- Update stock.
- Set the available quantity per branch.
- Hide or activate a product.
- Spot low-stock products.
Order management
Orders are shown in an organised way and include the order number, customer name, phone number, products, size, colour and quantity, branch, order value, payment method, fulfilment method, proof of payment and order status.
The store owner can update the order status to:
- New order.
- Awaiting payment.
- Payment confirmed.
- Preparing.
- Ready for pickup or delivery.
- On the way.
- Delivered.
- Completed.
- Cancelled or rejected.
The owner can also contact the customer directly with the WhatsApp button inside the order.
Order numbers
Each store gets its own order number sequence, such as #0001, #0002 and #0003, so orders are easy to organise and find.
Proof of payment
For Bit or bank transfer payments, the store owner can view the payment confirmation, confirm the payment or reject it with a reason, and notify the customer.
Customers
The store owner sees only customers who ordered from their store, with name, phone number, number of orders, total purchases, last order, order history and a WhatsApp contact button.
Offers and coupons
The store owner can create an offer or discount coupon, set the discount amount or percentage, the included products, start and end dates, and activate or pause the offer.
Reports
The dashboard provides clear reports on sales, number of orders, completed and cancelled orders, top products, low stock, branch performance and payment methods used.
Languages and responsive design
LIBSEH supports Arabic, Hebrew and English, and the platform and store dashboard work clearly on phones, tablets and computers.
